按任務 shows each person's number before they start (共同工作: their share of the day; lists: the number of items). 審閱's 貼文 ranking follows the day being reviewed, and opens the 貼文 board on that day.bf80755

跨日: anyone still online at 00:00 starts the new day — yesterday's session ends at 00:00 and is settled like a 下線 (下班結算, 未完成工作), a new session carries on with today's automatic work, so yesterday's runs stop counting hours and ringing. A carried session only counts as on time if it lasts past the start time; 24-hour auto check-out and the 下班 reminder count from when the stretch began. 冷卻時間 is a team setting in 遲到及出勤規則 (0 = off; today's runs follow at once). 共同工作 shares go only to those scheduled that day when anyone has a schedule (0047).f839167

個人工作 / 共同工作 and a guided template editor. 共同工作: the 定時配額's daily number is the team's, split each day among those given it who work that day (approved leave or a non-working weekday moves their share to the rest; someone's own number is kept and the rest split what's left); re-split when people, numbers or leave change; 按任務 shows the team's number (0046). Managers create and edit templates step by step (① 個人 / 共同 ② 名稱、項目 ③ 計數 / 清單 ④ 目標 with a suggested hourly minimum ⑤ 指引 ⑥ 指派 with each share), advanced settings folded, a preview; other templates open the full editor. UI test for the guided editor.dd7a24f
定時配額: once the day's number is met, an hour with fewer no longer reminds the staff member or rings the managers.0ba5a4d

按任務 and 每人每日數量: templates get a 項目 and a 工作指引 (⚠️ lines always shown in red, repeated when handing in); each person's own daily number is set when giving the template (applies to today's run too) (0045). With working hours, the number is spread over the shift (what's due by now). Managers' phones ring when an hour has fewer than its minimum, and at check-out when the day is short (下班結算「今日未達標 32 / 40」). 審閱 shows 按任務 by default: 項目 → task → each person 完成 / 每日數量 with 落後 / 未上線 / 未到上班時間 and totals. 用膳超時 also after midnight. Last colloquial strings fixed.8000716

Fixes from today's use and UI tests: 上線自動開始 also runs every minute for everyone on shift (a template given mid-shift shows up within a minute, not at the next check-in); 用膳暫停 — no 驗收 / 跟進 / 逾期 reminders during a break and today's deadlines move by its length on return; 今日偏離 and 今日貼文 always show on 審閱 (they never loaded before anyone checked in). New: 今日貼文 split into 出飛 / 貼文; 定時配額上限 per window / per day.
UI tests: TodayWorkAudit (6 cases: simple-mode staff tabs, auto-started work and handing in a link, 用膳 and return, manager today posts by category and deviations, deviation record by day / month, attendance rules and 工作機名稱, simple-team template editor) with a local-only fixture (server/scripts/uiFixtureToday.ts).d817e90

貼文 for managers: a day at a time (today by default), best performing first with a crown, one tap opens the post itself; 今日貼文 card at the top of 審閱. Posts list API takes ?date=. 定時配額 runs show 已完成/應完成 instead of 0/0 and aren't 「complete」 while behind.2be5106

偏離軌跡: every deviation is recorded and sent to the person's 負責主管 (every manager when none is set) — 遲到, 未開始工作 (30 min on shift with nothing started), 長時間沒有進度 (150 min), 時段未達標 / 累計落後, 驗收逾時, 逾期, 下線仍有未完成, 提早下線 (new 下班時間, overnight allowed), 用膳超時, 忘記下線, 帖文異常, 重複提交 (the same link counts once a day) (0043). Managers: 偏離記錄 by day and month, and today's 偏離 at the top of 審閱.
Notifications are only 遲到/冇返工 and 冇做/做漏 (no completion, good news or activity notices); they ignore the receiver's mute settings. 定時配額 is generic: count per window (30 min–4 h), from the check-in or on the clock, links/photos, managers told every short window / when N behind / never; staff warned 10 min before a window closes. 上線自動開始 templates. 員工簡化模式 (team switch): staff only tick 完成 and hand in 工作憑證 (no starting, editing, 不適用, 記錄 / 流程 tabs) (0044); 工作機名稱 shown in alerts (e.g. 火炭1號機（MING）). All app, notification and error text in formal written Chinese.1660488
Activity (上線, 下線, 食飯, 開始, 完成, 申請) and good news (爆, 里程碑) aren't sent to managers. New: leaving with work undone, and a 食飯 break 15 minutes past the 食飯時間, alert the managers.3fbdc37

食飯打卡 (a break: no unfinished-work check, back = check in; reminder after the team's 食飯時間, default 60 min; break time isn't counted) (0041). 遲到: each person's 返工時間 and weekdays; a check-in in a later minute than the start is late and deducts the team's pt (default 500, monthly from 0); 15 minutes past the start without a check-in, their managers are told once; days on approved leave don't count (0042). Managers now only get 遲到, 支援警報 escalation and account notices. Only managers make, edit or copy 工作範本. 下班提醒 counts the day's hours. App: 食飯 button and break card, 遲到及出勤規則 (rules, each person's hours, the month's table). templates CLI: new-quota.be720ee

每小時配額: a new workflow step type (e.g. 馬會轉發 · 每個鐘 2 條). Each photo / link 工作憑證 is one handed in (3-minute 冷卻, one run a day); expected = per hour × full hours on shift. Every full hour the server records that hour, reminds the staff member when it was short and tells their managers when 3 or more behind (at most every 2 hours) (0040). App: template editor step, a card on the run with handed in / expected / behind and each hour's dots, 「＋交一條」; managers see it read-only. Unknown step types from a newer server no longer break the app.3e347ee
